This mixed-use development in Kuala Lumpur comprises two 38-story residential towers atop a 10-story podium featuring retail and parking space, along with a rooftop amenities deck that holds four pools, gardens and a jogging track. The Malaysia-based project developer hired Turner International as its project management consultant not only to deliver the project, but also to provide its own in-house staff experience in means and methods, including building information modeling, lean construction and visual tracking of deliverables—all of which are new to Malaysian construction, according to the submitter.
